Outland Shadows is a 10/25 man raiding guild on Arathor EU, we fall somewhere between hard-core and casual. Our members are mostly older players, many with families and we respect their RL responsibilities. Many of us are friends in real life as well as in game, and we hold regular parties across Europe for all our members.
We only raid 3 days a week but we expect good attendance, excellent performance and 100% preparation from our members. Our requirements for new applicants include: being at a suitable ilev to fit in with the standards of our current raiders for SoO normal (please check members info on wowprogress), fully gemmed, enchanted with best possible materials and appropriate reforging. Because of this our progress has historically been excellent when compared to the amount of time we raid.
Recruitment is based on experience, class knowledge, gear and skill but equally importantly on behaviour, attitude and your ability to get along with our members and contribute to the team.

In Outland Shadows we pride ourselves on our strong social element and as such anti-social behaviour, bitching and "QQ"ing are not tolerated. This is a game and we intend to enjoy playing it!!
The guild was founded by a group of 8 friends in TBC, they began by clearing Karazhan by themselves until they gathered a regular crew. Outland Shadows raiding has always been, and remains dedicated 100% towards end game instances. The guild has grown over the years, retaining many of it's original members.
We are always open to applications from well geared and dedicated players. However, currently we are particularly looking for the following:
Tanks - We are not actively seeking tanks but will always consider well geared, experienced players
DPS - We are looking for a range of melee and ranged players
Healers - We have positions for one or two additional healers and are particularly interested in Monks and Paladins although other classes would be considered.
